The integrated offer of Czech organic dyestuffs will stimulate an increase in export value. We have become a producer offering a comprehensive range of top quality dyestuffs.
As a result of several months of negotiation, in October we took over from Spolchemie Ústí nad Labem the complete production portfolio and commercial expertise for the segment of organic dyestuffs. In this way we have concentrated in the Pardubice area the integrated production portfolio of organic dyestuffs. From Spolchemie we have acquired the know-how for the production and sales of additional makes of metal-complex, acid, direct and mordant dyes that had been missing previously in our assortment. We expect this measure to stimulate an increase of sales in the dyestuff segment; in terms of sales revenues, the annual increment could be approximately 20%. Another benefit should be strengthening our export positions, not only in the main markets of Italy, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Spain and England, but in other territories as well. The dyestuffs newly appearing in Synthesia’s portfolio are applied primarily for modifications of wool and polyamide textile fibres or for colouring leather, wood and other materials. The concentration of dyestuffs production and forming an integrated portfolio under one roof ranks Synthesia in the position of an important European and world producer.
